I’m Joseph Provenzano, an Audiology Technician specializing in hearing aid repairs and cleaning. I trained and worked alongside a top hearing aid professional in North Jersey for many years. My extensive training includes repairing and cleaning hearing aids, ear wax removal, and Bluetooth phone setup, along with app instructions.
As a hearing aid user myself, I understand the challenges of hearing in crowded places like restaurants, weddings, or even just trying to enjoy a movie at home with the TV cranked up.
I’m also the inventor of the Hearing Aid Helper—an insertion tool and cleaning stand available on Amazon and our website. It’s especially helpful for clients with dexterity issues, as it holds the hearing aid in place while keeping your hands free to clean the domes or change the wax traps The included tools make it easier to insert hearing aids too (check out our videos!).
